David Iñiguez Mangado works with materials based on their physicality, focusing on how each material highlights perception by producing different sensations in the body.
By working through the language of symbolic systems, David’s artworks are able to address innate human experiences through the body’s response to the environments presented. David has been based in Reykjavík, Iceland since 2018 where he obtained his BA degree from the Icelandic University of the Arts in 2021. He currently teaches arts in the Art School of Kópavogur.
